How do I change my login or email address associated with my profile?

You can change your login and email address under the Profile tab in Profile Settings. Go to Profile Settings by clicking on your name in the upper-right corner > Profile.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account

  2. Select "Forgot Password"

  3. Check your inbox for a Reset Password email

  4. Enter your new password

How do I update my profile picture?

You can add or change your profile picture at the bottom of the Profile tab in Profile Settings. If you do not see the option to edit your profile picture, then you likely do not have adequate permissions to do so and will need to contact an administrator in your brokerage to add a picture on your behalf.

Where can I receive training for Buildout?

We recommend viewing our on-demand training courses in Buildout Academy. After logging into Buildout, click on your name in the upper-right corner > Buildout Academy to see all of the courses we have to offer. You can also access it here: https://buildout-academy.workramp.io/trainings.

Where are my listings?

Any listings you have in Buildout can be found on the main Listings page, which you can locate in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. If you do not see any listings yet, you can start adding them by clicking on the New Listing button. If you are unable to create a New Listing, contact an administrator in your brokerage about reviewing your user permissions.
