How do I reset a broker's password for them?
It is not possible to reset a user's password on their behalf in Buildout. To reset their password, they will have to go to the Buildout login screen, enter their email address, and select the Forgot Password button.
Why don't I see the option to access Company Settings?
If you do not see "Company" when you click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then your account does not have the "Can Manage Company" permission enabled. You should contact another admin in your brokerage to inquire about adding this permission to your profile.
