Do I have to use an email provider?

Yes. Connecting to an email provider is the only way you will be able to send an email blast from the Buildout platform. You can find the step-by-step instructions for connecting to an email provider here.

How do I send an email to one recipient?

You cannot manually input individual email addresses in the email editor. Instead, you'll need to create a list with a single contact in your third-party email account (ConstantContact, MailChimp, etc.) if you want to send an email blast to single contacts as opposed to contact lists.

How do I upload a PDF to an email blast?

You cannot attach or insert files on email blasts.

How do I customize my email design?

Your account comes pre-loaded with two dynamic email templates (Spindle and Rivet). Custom email templates can be added at a cost. Reach out to acctmanagement@buildout.com to learn more.

Can I send an e-blast for an off-market property?

You cannot send email blasts for properties with an availability status of 'closed' or 'off-market'.
