Using AI Data Ingestion
First, start a new listing the way you always do:

Now, when you click on the new listing button, you can still search for a property in Insights the way you could previously, OR you could upload a document to allow AI to fill out your Listing Edit Form for you. You can drag and drop or click to upload your listing document. We support common formats like PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and PPT.
3. Once you upload the document, you’ll be able to see the name of the document you added with a processing message letting you know AI is doing the work!
NOTE: This processing step typically takes up to a minute to complete, depending on the document complexity.
4. Once processed, you’ll see that your document has been processed successfully and the data below in the modal is filled out with data extracted from your document. Verify that your data is correct. If you notice any inaccuracies in how AI populated the fields, make the changes direction within this modal before proceeding. If any changes are made to the fields that AI filled out, the sparkles will go away.
5. You're all set! Our system will now allow you to create your document or you can continue to flesh out the Listing Edit Form with any additional information!

How long does the data processing take?
The processing time can take up to a minute, depending on the document size and complexity. Users will see a “processing” message during this time.
Can I edit the data that AI extracts?
After AI processes the document, you will be taken to a review modal where you can verify and manually adjust any field that was incorrectly populated before the listing is created or the proposal is drafted.
Why is the broker field not automatically filled in by AI?
The broker field is intentionally left blank since many users, such as admins, manage multiple brokers so we can’t accurately select the correct individual. If we find this is typically included in any documents or something we can better predict, we can look at adjusting this.
