Generating a Comp Report with Lite CRM

Show your market expertise by visually communicating the expected value of a property with a professional Comp Report.

The Comp Report allows you to:

  • Use your curated database to share your market knowledge and convey the expected value of a property

  • Leverage Buildout Marketing’s document technology to create a professional document

  • Highlight one or multiple comps in a single document

How to buildout your report

Our Comp Report functionality uses research and active listings to populate data for individual or multiple listings comps. Follow the steps below to create your report.

Comps Database tab

From the Comps database, select the property or properties you would like to include in your report by filtering and selecting the checkbox to the left of the property.

Next, select the Create a Report button.

You will be prompted to name your report, add or remove comps, and select which fields you would like displayed in your document.

Based on whether the report is highlighting sale or lease properties, we’ve included some default fields. To add or remove fields from your report, simply click the prepopulated fields. The page layout we’ve designed will allow you to select up to 15 fields per Comp.

Once you have completed these steps, click the Generate Report button.

You will be taken to a page that looks like our Document Editor. Here, you can edit the report name and/or add “Prepared by” and “Prepared for” information.

That's it! You now have a professional document to share with your clients or keep for your personal records! To simply share the report, select Download Report. Once downloaded, you can attach it to an email or print it.
