The per-database permissions allow you to customize the experience for each user in each database. This means that users can have different permissions in different databases. For example, a broker could have full control over its own database but have limited control over another database.
Each user can be granted any of the following permissions:
Export Data — Export data from the database
Manage Users — Add additional users to the database and set permissions
Manage Tags — Delete, edit, and merge tags
Delete Items — Delete and bulk delete database items
CRM Access —
Log calls, emails, notes, etc. on Contacts, Companies, or Properties
Create Groups
Integrations with Contact, Calendar Sync, Click-to-call
Database Forwarding Emails
