1. Click on Call Lists.
2. To continue with the last record you were on, Click on Start Calling. This will take you to the Call Console page.
3. Or, to manually select the record, first click the call list name you wish to begin making calls from.
4. Click on the arrow under the "Actions" column next to the contact you wish to email.
5. Click on Email.
6. Click the search box to select a contact or type in the contact name.
7. Click on the "Subject" field and type in the subject you would like for your email.
9. Click on Email Body and create your email.
10. Or, click on Select A Template and either select or search for the email template you want to use.
Note: To create your email templates select Account > Profile > Connect Upgrade Settings > Email Templates.
12. Click Send Email to send out the email.
