Using our AI is simple. Once this is on in your account, anywhere we can generate a description will have a button appear below it. Click on that button and watch the magic happen! The chat will open and show you the prompt we used and the output that’s generated. You can then click the use button to use it in your description box, or chat back to tailor the description to your liking!

How are the descriptions being generated?

We use the information that is input about the property to generate a short description for marketing purposes.

Can I use AI in listings based outside of the United States?

Yes! There are currently no limitations on where our AI can be used based on country location.

How do you ensure my descriptions are unique?

We built in a scale to allow for each description generated to be more deterministic to more random. We can watch how users are responding to the descriptions to determine if anything needs to change moving forward.

What can I ask the chat bot about?

Currently, the chat is only set up to answer some very, very basic questions about properties/listings, leads, and of course chatting about a created description. The real benefit of the chat bot to start out is the ability to chat back after a prompt is generated to really tailor the description the way the user wants.

Can I turn this off?

While you cannot turn this off within your own account, our Support Agents can remove this from your account via our backend. Drop us a line via our support widget in the lower-righthand corner and we'll move forward accordingly!
