How To Create A New Task

On the Home Page

1. Click on Home.

2. Click on New Task.

3. A new window will appear with task information fields. Enter a task name.

4. Select a task type (Call, Email or Other).

5. In the "Related To" field, enter a contact and/or property address that is associated with the contact.

6. Select the corresponding name/address that appears below the box.

7. Enter the call/email information, and any notes, or leave it blank.

8. Click on the "Due Date" field to view the calendar.

9. Choose the date and specific time.

10. Select priority (Low, Medium, or High).

11. Click on Save Task.

On the Task Page

1. Click on Tasks.

2. Click on New Task.

3. A new window will appear with task information fields. Enter a task name.

4. Select a task type (Call, Email or Other).

On the Contacts Page

1. Click on Contacts.

2. Search or select a contact name.

4. Under the Contact Details, select Tasks.

6. Click on Add Task.

7. A new window will appear with task information fields. Enter a task name.

8. Select a task type (Call, Email or Other).

9. Enter the call/email information, and any notes, or leave it blank.

10. Click on the "Due Date" field to view the calendar.

11. Choose the date and specific time.

12. Select priority (Low, Medium, or High).

13. Click on Save Task.
